The records and rules
Where can I check the answers?
Start with the source for the question you are trying to settle. State records help check a licence; federal medicine pages help check a product.
The state records and rules below reflect September 30, 2026. Federal approval and cost notes reflect September 26, 2026.
How do I check the person?
Match the full name and the kind of licence. Read any limits shown in the record.
Which rules cover an online doctor visit?
The state medical board explains what it expects doctors to do during online visits and when writing prescriptions. These policies explain how the board applies care rules; they are not laws passed by state lawmakers. The board says doctors must meet the same care standard online as in person.
Where can I check a made-to-order drug?
U.S. medicine reviews fall to FDA (Food and Drug Administration). Its pages below explain compounding: making a medicine to order. Use Massachusetts law for the extra pharmacy requirements. The word sterile tells you there are no living germs.
Where can I check prices and Medicare?
Read the conditions beside a price. Compare the offer with a written quote for your own care. For Medicare, read eligibility as well as the product list.
Where are the help and complaint routes?
Use the route that matches the problem: a medicine report, a complaint about care, or a complaint about a business.
